A wireless device receives configuration parameters for monitoring a first DCI, which includes a PEI for paging and a TRS availability indication. If the first DCI is not monitored, the device assumes TRS is unavailable and monitors paging occasions for the second DCI.

A base station sends configuration parameters for multiple cells, including a primary and secondary cell, to a wireless device. Upon activation of an uplink in a licensed assisted access secondary cell, the device reports a Type 2 power headroom for the primary cell.
